The staff and volunteers of Kitsap Adult Center for Education (formerly Literacy Council of Kitsap) are dedicated to Adult Basic Education (ABE) and GED testing preparation, along with English as a Second Language (ESL). Using small group learning and individualized instruction, we ensure that our students not only learn, but thrive.
