The staff and volunteers of Literacy Council of Kitsap
are dedicated to Adult Basic Education (ABE) and GED testing preparation, along with English as a Second Language (ESL) skills. Using small group
learning and individualized instruction, we ensure that our students not only
learn, but thrive.
